| This hotel has amazing beds (linen, pillows, mattress), excellent shower, luxurious towels, very spacious rooms, and a lot of service staff to ensure ultimate comfort and convenience, service delivered in a unique Indian style. |

| We stayed at this hotel for business travel while in Gurgaon/Dehli as there is no comparison with competing hotels. The other hotels in this star-category do not come close to the standards of the Leela Hotels. This hotel is perfect for business meetings, luxury stays, and fabulous restaurant choices. Highly recommend. |

| This hotel is truly a palace. The people are extremely friendly and want to serve you ( not because they must, but because they seem to enjoy it). Even the gardeners stop what they are doing to greet and ask if everything is fine.The decor is fabulous. The rooms are massive. The food unbelievable. THe gardens immaculate. Also the hotel is not very far from the main CBD area.
One slight blemish is that there is not alot for young children to do in the hotel.
This hotel deserves its 5 stars and the staff deserve 6. |

| An odd hotel really - great food&beverage staff, lovely surroundings, quality food in decent restaurants, but all marred by surly, irresponsive reception staff and possibly slightly arrogant Management. Even following the Mumbai incident security could be much better, both at the gates and perimeter walls - this alone would deter me from future stays at Leela Palace. Oh, and the cost of WiFi was laughable! Recommend you try serviced accommodation at UB City or elsewhere. |
